ABSTRACT

An essential part of job performance is the concept of what people do; that is, what job they perform. The term "job" is used to represent the work that anybody does in an organization, from the lowest to the highest. Many people at the executive level do not see themselves as doing a job. If they wish to use a different label for this discussion, that is acceptable. The label can change, but what must be done to reach the objectives of this event will remain the same.
