ABSTRACT
At this point, the processes are functional. In many projects this would almost be the end of the story. There would be a post-implementation review and everyone would then “ride ot‘F into the sunset.” This is also how many improvement and Six Sigma books end. In the real world, process improvement is not like that.There are many things to do. Here is a list to gct you started thinking:
The processes must be maintained. The processes must be monitored to detect signs of reversion to the old process or general deterioration. Issues and problenis are likely to reniain after implementation, New ones crop up.These must be addressed. The process improvement effort must move on to other processes. There are usually opportunities to enhance the processes further based
