ABSTRACT
There are many features of MHP and OCAP we have not covered elsewhere in this book. This chapter looks at three features useful to application developers and network operators: managing the return channel and connecting to external servers, tuning to a new transport stream, and controlling one application from another. We will see how developers can use these features to extend the capabilities of their applications.
