ABSTRACT

The production of creative content is seldom a solo effort. Even a solo artist writing an album of songs needs the assistance of dozens of people to create the finished work. Artists, designers, engineers, marketing, and business support, the teams for media production, can range from a handful of people up to thousands for large movies and TV projects. The new realities will likely be no different. There will be smaller projects created by small intimate teams and eventually I suspect there will be massive complex experiences that take many years to produce and employ hundreds of creative individuals to realize. So is this new technology any different in how we approach 264production? Are there any considerations for team structure and workflow that we should consider before we dive on in?
