ABSTRACT
The quality of the product is primary to good business, as is whether it meets the goals of its intended use. If used as intended, the product should fulfill its purpose and with an expectation of being safe. A safe product enhances the company’s credibility unless flaws in the design and engineering process resulted in a product with concerns.
