ABSTRACT
THIS MATTER is before the court on the Motion of The Tribune Company to Intervene and Petition for Access. The Tribune Company, publisher of the Tampa Tribune, (hereinafter, “Tribune”), is seeking to obtain from the above files, a copy of the sealed search warrants, the probable cause affidavits, and the court’s orders sealing these documents. The Government has not filed a response in opposition, however, the United States Attorney’s Office orally presented its objections at the January 5, 1996 hearing on this matter. Dr. Al-Arian’s counsel appeared and objected on his behalf. 1
