ABSTRACT
Because of its great importance in pharmaceutical analysis, difference spectrophotometry 23 has been taken out of the special methods of spectrophotometry discussed in Section 4.G and it is treated separately in this chapter. Since this technique depends on the application of chemical reactions, the discussion is based on the treatment of the matter in Chapters 6 and 7.
