ABSTRACT
During the past few years several dramatic and often rapid changes in hardware and software have occurred. The result to the user of these technologies has been rapid change and improvement in the quality of these systems. Stand-alone and networked microcomputers have become the dominant force in end-user computing. This dominance has resulted in more users coming into direct contact with computers. And, hence, a greater reliance on computers and their systems has taken place.
