ABSTRACT
Because of the multiple uses of water, the high potential for pollution, complex land uses, and sewer systems, comprehensive environmental water management, which includes all of these factors, is becoming necessary in urban areas. Therefore, from the characteristics of pollutant runoff during a storm event, which is one of the most significant factors in comprehensive environmental water management in urban areas but has not yet been explained sufficiently, this paper is aimed to clear the following three subjects related to receiving water:
