ABSTRACT
The construction industry is a dangerous environment and it has a poor health and safety record. Serious injury and death happen far too frequently as a result of construction activities and especially on construction sites. Injuries affect not only the construction workers employed on-site, but those visiting the site and members of the general public. Improving the management process is essential in helping to prevent accidents and ill health in the industry.
