ABSTRACT
In this part of the book, various authors offer their personal observations on some wider themes which emerge from, or are illustrated by, the Purchasing Dilemmas exercise. These include contributions from the panel of experts who took part in the event, the chairman and non-executives of the commission, and managers working in the commission on these issues.
