Section IV, “Cloud Service Quality Risk Assessment and Management,” has methodically applied ISO 31000 risk management processes to user service quality of cloud-based application services. Chapter 11, “Service Strategy,” especially Section 11.6, “Risk Thinking about Service Strategy,” argues that risk management should be integrated into an organization’s strategy and processes.
