ABSTRACT
This chapter is devoted to an introductory study of the so-called Lebesgue spaces, or, (as they are more commonly referred to) the “L p spaces”. The mathematical content of this part of the book can be considered as a natural continuation of our measure-theoretic investigations of the Chapters 6, 7 and 8, but now we are also interested in the study of the structure of these spaces as a whole.
