ABSTRACT
I’d like to share a recent personal story, the case study of an organization we will call Healing Neighbors Healthcare. Healing Neighbors Healthcare (HNH) is a medium-sized, healthcare system that spent more than 3 years changing from a holding company containing hospitals, clinics, and labs to an integrated healthcare system supporting population health services in three states.
