ABSTRACT
Successful adoption is the goal of every large-scale change initiative. Adopting a change initiative includes deployment of a new software package or implementing a new process, but is broader. Adoption means employees are successfully operating in the desired new way that was defined in the business proposal when the change was envisioned.
