ABSTRACT
The book has described the 20 Keys individually and has shown how factories can quantify their current level in each key and can plan and enact corrective actions to get to higher levels. At this point, I would like to stress the importance of the synergistic interaction of these 20 Keys and how the keys can be implemented in various combinations and sequences for the greatest effect.
