ABSTRACT
In this chapter, data manipulation refers to a broad range of data activities, including exporting SAS data out to other formats; subsetting, dividing, or splitting a dataset into smaller datasets; merging datasets vertically; joining dataset left/right; and creating new data variables through a wide range of methods.
