ABSTRACT
95 A 1-year-old female spayed Bull terrier dog presents for a second opinion regarding urinary incontinence. Her owner indicates that the dog has been showing passive loss of urine intermittently for several months; this can occur when the dog is standing, sitting, or lying, but is not continuous. The dog is reported to be “very private” when urinating, but the owner believes that she does regularly urinate in a controlled manner and passes small amounts of urine. Several times in the last 3–4 months the owners have noted that the dog’s abdomen seems very large and she is uncomfortable.
