ABSTRACT
This chapter provides an introduction to green supply chain management. It begins with presenting traditional supply chain and addresses green supply chain. It highlights the motivations for green supply chain and covers some applications of supply chain. It discusses supply chain management and green supply chain management, it also elaborates on the benefits and challenges of green supply chain and green supply chain management. The last section concludes the chapter.
