ABSTRACT
Various factors decide whether safe navigation conditions can be maintained. In this chapter, seafarers are treated as an independent element, and all other elements are treated as environmental factors that surround seafarers. In Section 6.1, all elements contributing to safe navigation other than seafarers as environmental elements are discussed. Finally, in Section 6.2, the actions of seafarers that are closely related to safe navigation are the target of discussion.122
