ABSTRACT

In this part, specific methods of education and training for competency in bridge team management (BTM) are described. In Chapter 9, an educational system for developing competency and the purpose of developing BTM competency are explained. In Chapter 10, the structure of BTM training is explained in terms of the details of education and training and the program. The objective is to clearly understand the need for a logical training structure. In Chapter 11, examples of BTM/bridge resource management (BRM) training are introduced in order to understand a specific training implementation system. Through the explanation in this part, the system required for actual training implementation will be understood. In addition, implementation methods will be understood.190
