ABSTRACT
In any composite material and adhesively bonded structure repair workshop, one of the most important process requirements, and usually the one most often neglected, is Quality Control and Quality Assurance. In terms of a repair facility, quality control is related to the process that provides full acceptance by a customer of the integrity of the repaired product, the repair technology and the repair organisation. Without quality control requirements and quality assurance procedures in place, you (the repair organisation) risk the loss of your reputation and financial embarrassment due to poorly repaired products.
