ABSTRACT
In a section of the previous chapter (How Are You Going to Test) we touched briefly on the subject matter of this chapter. We discussed the five different types of tests: the simulated input, physical verification, evacuation exercise, computer simulation, and full-function tactical evaluation tests. These various kinds of tests can help you determine how well the plan works, and whether company personnel (and external parties) need more training.
