ABSTRACT
As previously seen, sustainability incorporates environmental, economic, and social aspects. In 1993, the UN Conference on Environment and Development, commonly called the Rio Conference was held. Agenda 21 was conceived to achieve sustainable development. The UN Commission on Sustainable Development (UNCSD) produced a set of sustainable development indicators (SDIs) with international agreement.
