Chapter 26 Project Management Many, perhaps most, information system personnel view client/server and netcentric development only as a technical process. They see the process of systems development as making technical decisions about how things work and how tasks should be completed. Inherent in this technical view is the perspective that qualified technical employees who work hard can complete any systems job. This view is naive at best.
