ABSTRACT

Late in the evening hours of June 12, 1994, Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman were brutally murdered. The murders took place just inside the front gate of Nicole’s condominium, located at 875 S. Bundy Drive, in Brentwood, California. Once the victims were discovered, and the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) had responded, news teams quickly arrived on the scene. During the following days and months, the news videos and accounts of the bloody shoe prints that were clearly visible on the concrete walkway were broadcast again and again on every major news channel. I knew that unless the perpetrator of this crime was stupid or somehow had been isolated from the news, they would quickly realize the need to dispose of their bloody shoes and clothes, had that not already been done.
