ABSTRACT

During the early morning hours of January 13, 1993, on St. Croix, USVI, a former U.S. District Court Judge was fatally stabbed 26 times. The homicide was reported by the victim’s son. The son, who had superficial lacerations on his hand, advised that he and his father were involved in an altercation with two suspects who allegedly had broken into his father’s office complex to rob them. He claimed that he had escaped with minor cuts, but that the two suspects had murdered his father.
