ABSTRACT
Keeping possible complications in mind and taking steps to prevent them reduces major setbacks. Complications can occur due to anesthetics. Complications can occur due to equipment, electrodes, or electrical inappropriateness. Complications due to lack of experience, an overzealous approach, and inappropriate technique are totally avoidable. Complications can also occur due to a patient’s noncompliance. I have detailed my practical tips to avoid these major complications and given tips to minimize them when you cannot prevent them. I have also given a “Say No” list of conditions for a safe office radiofrequency surgery.
