ABSTRACT
Good postoperative recovery is very important for best final result after radiofrequency surgery. Postoperative wound care is an integral part of radiofrequency surgery protocol. Informed consent forms should always make a mention of this, because after a very good radiofrequency surgery if postoperative wound care is ill-managed the final outcome will suffer. Postoperative wound care has separate protocols for excision and desiccation wounds. After wound healing starts, the aftercare is equally important to prevent scarring.
