ABSTRACT
Applications for radiofrequency surgery are ever expanding. When I started it there were very few references especially for warts, moles, skin tags, papilloma, and rhinophyma. Understanding technical peculiarities and trials and errors helped me develop a number of applications in the ablative and nonablative category including scar resurfacing and skin tightening. Similarly, I developed a very useful diagnostic application of doing a skin biopsy.
