ABSTRACT
Delivery of informational molecules encompasses DNA and short-single strand oligonucleotides and to a smaller extent also RNA and ribozymes. In this chapter we shall discuss some aspects of antisense and ribozyme technologies and will briefly mention the delivery of proteins by cationic liposomes.
