So many questions are asked about Miss Ellen G. Starr's Bookbindery at Hull-House that she has printed "A Note of Explanation" accompanying the last issue of the Hull-House Bulletin, which we republish because it bears so vitally upon the educational problem of the settlements to which this issue of The Commons is so largely devoted.
