ABSTRACT
The purpose of this chapter is to provided information on the role of an analyst and the process that an analyst must go through to provide reliable and efficient support for the team or individual in question. The chapter aims to bridge the gap between academia and the elite support environment, for analysis, drawing upon experience and guidance of an analyst, with nine years’ experience.
