ABSTRACT
As we move into the next several decades, it is clear that the aging of the baby boom generation will have a profound effect on the form and function of communities. Whereas many people in the generation prior to the boomers were content to live out the last years of their lives in retirement communities or alone, the preferences of boomers will be much different.
