ABSTRACT
This chapter blends intersectionality, postmodernism, critical race theory, and disability studies (specifically relational autonomy) to frame one women’s center’s radically inclusive gender justice approach. Most crucial to center staff members’ work together is the intersection of the personal and the professional as their identities weave amongst the current issues; the ways in which they approach change; and the way students, faculty, and staff engage with the center. This chapter documents both institutional change within one women’s center as well as the personal perspectives of the staff that inhabit it.
