ABSTRACT
This collection of articles addressing sexual abuse by Roman Catholic priests begins to bring together disparate but committed voices with a common concern to address sexual abuse in the church. As such it creates a dialogue of thoughtful authors attempting to bring some clarity and leadership to the chaos of the institutional response to the increasing disclosure of sexual abuse by priests (oftentimes committed 20-30 years ago). This is exactly what is needed at this moment.
