ABSTRACT
The evolution of society consists of a complex network of interacting processes on political, educational, social, economic and other levels (Weidlich and Haag, 1983). The main dynamic processes of the housing subsystem such as household mobility, housing dynamics, and price adjustment are results of certain socio-economic decision processes of members of the society.
