ABSTRACT
The focus of these studies was preschoolers’ accuracy judging their own action ability and how they tailor their action to a specific context We were particularly interested in injury-relevant action: Children may injure themselves when they believe they can act where in fact they will be unable to do so safely. We chose to investigate children’s jumping.
