ABSTRACT
When considering the feminist engagement with Judeo-Christian religious and theological traditions, it is tempting to offer a straightforward “history of ideas.” This would describe the various ways in which these religious traditions have been critiqued, deconstructed, and reconstructed by feminist scholars.
