ABSTRACT
CREAM requires a thorough understanding of the performance of an organisation's assets. Underperforming assets are wasteful and costly. By ensuring that real estate is fully utilised and functional, it is possible to squeeze more from the asset. At some point, we might be able to expand operations without the need for more space. Once efficiency is achieved, this needs to be maintained for continuous productivity.
