ABSTRACT

People are increasingly connected to the Internet, either via a computer or their smartphone. Moreover, these connections have led individuals to expect an immediate response when contacting others or to quickly find the information to a question. While the quality of some of the information found may be dubious at best, what has resulted is an expectation of responses or information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
