ABSTRACT
The themes developed here follow upon those introduced in the author’s essay titled “Towards an Ecology of Making,” in Matter: Material Processes in Architectural Production. 1 Two recently completed pavilions serve as vehicles for examining contemporary modes of production, combining analog, digital, and robotic fabrication processes (Figures 12.1, 12.2).
