ABSTRACT
The first two weeks of May 2016 were designated Design week festival in New York City. On this occasion, South Street Seaport, historic district formerly devoted to port and merchant activity, located on the southern tip of Manhattan, was hosting various events on its space attracting audiences linked to or interested in fashion, design, culture and art.
