ABSTRACT
Vicente was diagnosed as dyslexic when he was in first grade at the age of 6. Even though Vicente repeated second grade, his problems with reading and writing persisted. The diagnosis of dyslexia was confirmed when he was in fourth grade. At the time of the second interview Vicente was 15 years old and in his first year of high school. He has been at the same school since fourth grade and has not repeated any additional grades. Vicente was interested in participating in this interview and eager to share his new experiences.
