ABSTRACT
In 2008, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) in the USA published Vision 2015, which expands upon the notion of an intelligence enterprise, first introduced in the National Intelligence Strategy and later in the 100 and 500 Day Plans (ODNI, 2008). It charts a new path forward for a globally networked and integrated intelligence enterprise for the twenty-first century, based on the principles of integration, collaboration and innovation.
