ABSTRACT
Organizations that assist communities who are trying to maintain and revitalize their languages are an important aspect of language revitalization. This chapter features four such organizations—two in the United States, one in Canada, and one in Australia. Organizations in Europe and Mexico are also mentioned, and organizations with broader or different but related missions also play a role.
