Introduction to case studies in developing and assessing intercultural competence

This brief introduction to the case studies describes more about the selection process, some caveats, as well as questions that can be used in discussions and/or analysis of the case studies presented here. In addition, some brief tips for using case studies are included here, followed by a table of the case studies.
