ABSTRACT
The fact that anthropogenic climate change impacts are taking place today, are felt by millions of people around the world, and happen in areas which are key to realising human rights is undisputed. Various IPCC reports, including the most recent 5th Assessment Report, have built their conclusions from thousands of studies from across the globe. The impacts of climate change are also recognised by major human rights stakeholders. 1
