Are Europeans equal with regard to the health impact of climate change?

In line with Simon Caney’s affirmation that any account of climate change (CC) impacts that ignores its implications for people’s enjoyment of human rights is fundamentally incomplete and inadequate, ¹ we try in this chapter to outline the link between CC and human health ² and to demonstrate that CC has a human rights impact, especially with regard to the rights to the protection of health and to equal treatment of persons in Europe.
