With the rise in mindfulness courses in preventive and clinical health care, it is no surprise that the interest in follow-up and deepening programmes is also growing. Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living (MBCL) is a programme offering participants further training in deepening their mindfulness skills with practice in compassion toward themselves and others. It is designed as a group training for those who have preferably followed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR; Kabat-Zinn, 1991), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT; Segal, Williams, & Teasdale, 2013) or an equivalent training.
